Event Schedule

Friday, September 25

7:30 AM – Mandatory Drivers Meeting
Meet at the Havasu Riviera Marina docks. All drivers must attend. A U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket is required.

8:30 AM – Helicopter Photoshoot

10:30 AM – Suggested Run to Pirate Cove
Enjoy a scenic cruise, lunch, and time on the Colorado River.

5:00 PM – 10:00 PM – Western Welcome Dock Party
Check in, pick up your swag bag, and enjoy an evening of food, music, sponsor displays, and great company.

Saturday, September 26

All Day – Suggested Lake Day
Explore Lake Havasu with fellow Eliminator owners. Additional route information and activities will be provided in your confirmation email.

5:00 PM – 10:00 PM – Private Western Regatta Party
Enjoy an exclusive evening featuring entertainment and beverages. More details to follow.

Sunday, September 27

One Last Ride
Wrap up the weekend with one final cruise before heading home.

• One (1) boat slip for Friday & Saturday nights

Children 14 and under are free with a registered adult.

A valid Boat Registration is required. Additional Guest Passes do not include a boat slip or marina parking.

Important Information

• One Boat Registration covers one (1) boat and two (2) guests.
• Guests ages 15 and older require an Additional Guest Pass.
• A Registration Form will be emailed after your registration purchase. The form will require registrant information, boat registration, and proof of insurance. Please return the completed form promptly to ensure your registration is finalized.
• Additional event details and the complete weekend itinerary will be included in your confirmation email.
• Registrations received after September 1, 2026 are not guaranteed a boat slip, event T-shirt, or swag bag due to production deadlines.
• No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2026.
